About HalfSteps

HalfSteps is the brainchild of two sisters: Tanya, a seasoned professional in family live entertainment and Lori, a beloved kindergarten teacher and early childhood development expert. We believe every child should have equal access to resources that will help them develop into their best selves. Parents, grandparents, and guardians (or Grownups, as we like to call them) are the most influential in helping children develop in the first years of their lives.

HalfSteps offers exciting and playful programs, tools, and tips to help Grownups like you provide the best opportunities for the babies you love. At our core, we believe that the small, everyday interactions Grownups have with their children add up to make a huge impact on child development. From singing songs while you change baby’s diaper, to mimicking the babbling sounds baby makes, there are numerous fun, simple things you can incorporate into your everyday routine that can help baby develop the most essential skills in their first years.

In short, HalfSteps make the Whole Difference.TM
